In The Case Of Using Medical Devices With A Price Above The Indicated Price, The Difference Is Paid By The Patient At The Cash Register Of The Medical Institution. The Choice Of The Type Of Medical Device Depends On The Medical Indications Of The Particular Patient. In Order To Avoid Restricting The Access Of Health Insured Persons To Medical Devices Paid From The Budget Of The Nhif, The Negotiation Will Take Place For All Medical Devices Specified In Group 7 Cochlear Implant System (Kis) Of The List And Used In The Clinic For Ent Diseases Of Umbal Tsaritsa Joanna - Isul Ead.
