The Public Contract Covers Engineering - Working Design And Exercising Authors Supervision During Construction, As Well As Construction (Construction And Installation Works/Smr), Including Delivery, Construction And Commissioning Of Fully Completed (Turnkey) Photovoltaic Power Plants (Pec ), Mounted On Ground Terrain. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of A Total Of 3 Sites: Fec North, Fec South And Fec Maritsa. The New Fpps Are Planned To Be Located On Three Sites, Respectively On The Territory Of: Tpp North, Oc South And Maritsa Substation, Which Are Owned By Evn Bulgaria Toplofikatsia Ead. The Construction Of The Power Plant Is Mainly To Cover The Own Needs Of The Sites. The Rest Of The Energy Produced Will Be Exported To The Electricity Grid For Sale. On The Basis Of The Set Parameters Of The Fec Objects Fall Within The Scope Of The Third Category Of Constructions Under Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 3, B. E From Zut.
