O Main Substation Lv/Mv • The Administrative And Buildings Area Where Are Located The Control Room And Administration Building, Entrance Gate And Guard House. The Above Values And Design May Be Challenged By The Epc Contractor, Provided That The Requirements Of The Production Target Are Met. The Available Surface For The Installation Of The Facilities Is About 80 Ha. The Scope Of Work Has Been Broken Down Into 4 Lots / Work Packages: • Lot 1 / Wp 1: Site Preparation, Including Upgrade Of The Site Access Road (Around 7 Km) And Water Intake (Around 5 Km Pipeline, Water Intake Structure And Pumps) • Lot 2 / Wp 2: Pv Plant • Lot 3 / Wp 3: Hydrogen Power Center Area • Lot 4 / Wp 4: O&M During The Trial Period (2 Years) Contactor Shall Perform The Engineering Detailed Design, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, Interim Operation And Maintenance Activities Relative To The Work Packages 1, 2, 3, 4. The Power Plant Shall Meet The Following Performances: • Day-Time Production Target: 10 Mw From 7:00Am To 8:00Pm • Night-Time Production Target: 1.5 Mw From 8:00Pm To 7:00Am • Minimum Capacity Ratio* Over The 25 Years Of Operation: 85% * The Capacity Ratio Is The Ratio Between The Energy Produced By The Plant For A Given Period And The Total Energy That Would Be Produced If The Plant Was Continuously Producing At The Preceding Day-Time And Night-Time Targets.
