The admin block roof is leaking a several places and is at its end of life. Scheduling the work in the school holidays is preferred. a. The existing flat roofing sections, internal gutters, metal roofing, exterior gutters and flashings have reached end of life and need to be replaced with a more appropriate product to help ensure the weathertightness of the building. b. Use an approved overlay method with new substrate fixed in accordance with manufactures instructions and new "Fibretite" PVC membrane detailed in a comparable way in the same location as the existing system. c.
