The service involves preparing all menues types and categories to the patients, transportation of food to the sites and inside the hospitals operating on daily basis with core operation or serving timing between 7am and 7pm daily. Selected supplier or suppliers will serve one or more Government Hospitals sites as following Site A serving Salmaniya Medical Complex, Site B serving Psychiatric Hospital, Jidhafs Maternity Hospital JMH and Ebrahim Khalil Kanoo Community Medical Center EKK, and Site C serving Muharraq Geriatric Hospital MGH, Multiple Sclerosis Center MSC and Abdulrahman Kanoo Kidney Dialysis Center ARK Initial Bond: BD 5000/- Tender Fees: BD 100/- Category/Sector: General Publish Date: Thursday, 11 July 2024 Purchase Before: Tuesday, 23 July 2024 Closing Date: Wednesday, 31 July 2024 Opening Date: Thursday, 01 August 2024 How to Participate? The initial bond should be in the form of a Certified Cheque, Bank Guarantee, Insurance Policy or Cash (or as specified in the Tender Documents) valid for the duration specified above. Enclose copy of a valid certificate of compliance with the employment percentages for Bahraini manpower (Bahranization Certificate) issued by the Ministry of Labour. This advertisement is considered supplementary to the tender documents. In case of any discrepancy between the Advertisement and the Tender Document, the Tender Document prevails. Micro, small and medium enterprises are eligible to obtain 10% preference in the financial evaluation stage, when submitting the "SMEs Classification Certificate" during bidding for this tender.
