This project consists of two parts: Part one is assessing the current status of Building Information Model BIM implementation in the Kingdom of Bahrain and build the roadmap for BIM adoption across the real estate and infrastructure sector in general and buildings in specific. Part two is the development of the digital solution within Benayat portal that leverages BIM technologies in building permit application and specifically in automating the building permit approvals, in addition to developing the technical guidelines, templates and capacity building essential for a successful implementation of the project.
