Tenders Are Invited For Adaptation Of The Attic Rooms Of The School Building For Teaching Purposes Of The 1St Secondary School. Stanisław Wyspiański In Szubin

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Adaptation Of The Attic Of The School Building For Educational Needs. It Is Planned To Rebuild The Previously Unused Attic And Create Classrooms (Including A Computer Room), Auxiliary Rooms And Provide The Necessary Sanitary Facilities. Additionally, In Order To Adapt The Facility To The Requirements Of Fire Protection Regulations. And The Needs Of People With Disabilities, The Building Will Be Expanded With An Elevator (Located On The Side Of The Gymnasium), Enabling Communication Services For The Floors From The Ground Floor To The Attic, And Equipped With A Stair Platform. A New Staircase Will Be Built Inside. Due To Changes In The Communication System, Some Rooms In The Building Will Be Rebuilt, Including The Entrance Hall. The Project Also Involves The Reconstruction Of The External Terrace And The Construction Of A New Entrance From The Connector To The Gymnasium. The Construction Of New And Reconstruction Of Existing Sanitary, Electrical, Lighting, Low-Voltage And Ventilation Installations Is Planned. As Part Of The Implementation Of This Stage Of The Investment, The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Comprehensive Thermal Modernization Of The Facility, Including Insulating The Walls And Replacing Windows, With The Exception Of Replacing The Central Heating Installation. (With Insulation Of The Cavities Behind The Radiators). Floors And Tiles Are Planned To Be Replaced In Some Rooms, And The Existing Ones (Parquet Floors) Will Be Renovated In Others. Comprehensive Painting Inside The Facility Is Planned. As Part Of The Task, The Contractor Is Obliged To Construct Temporary (For The Period Of Carrying Out The Necessary Works) Classrooms (4 Rooms) In The Gymnasium By Separating Them With Light, Mobile, Portable Partition Walls And Securing The Sports Surface Of The Hall With A Carpet. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Presented In The Construction And Technical Design, Bills Of Quantities And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works. When Carrying Out The Task, The Contractor Must Take Into Account That The School Building Will Be Constantly Used And That The Work Schedule Must Be Agreed With The Ordering Party And The Facility User. The Bill Of Quantities Is Attached Only As A Guide, And The Ordering Party Does Not Rule Out Including In The Valuation Other Works That The Contractor Deems Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Task.2.
