Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of Stands And Land Development At The Sports Stadium In Krzeszyce

The Scope Of The Contract, Implemented In The Design And Build Formula, Includes: Design And Then Comprehensive Construction Of The Stadium Facilities Building, Including The Construction Of Roofed Stands And Landscaping At The Sports Stadium In Krzeszyce. The Facilities Will Be Located In The Vicinity Of The Existing Stadium Infrastructure. The Planned Covered Stands And The Building Together With The Technical Infrastructure Will Be Located On Plot No. 442/13. The Planned Investment Is Aimed At Developing And Improving The Infrastructure Of The Sports Stadium By Constructing A New Back-Up Building And Three Segments Of Covered Stands With A Total Number Of Seats Of 585 And 4 Places For Disabled People. The Stadium Facilities Building Will Consist Of Locker Rooms For Players And The Referee Team, Toilets, A Conference And Club Room And Auxiliary Rooms. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Replacement Of The Facilitys Lighting, I.E. Replacing The Poles With 12 M High Aluminum Poles With Double Booms And Led Projectors With A Power Of Min. 140W Each And Development Of The Adjacent Area (Including Construction Of Access Roads, External Parking Lots, Development Of Greenery And Construction Of The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure) And Securing The Construction Site And The Immediate Surroundings For The Needs Of The Contractor And Its Development After Completion Of The Works, Obtaining Appropriate Consents And Transport Permits From Road Managers For The Duration Of Work, Waste Disposal And Other Consents And Permits Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order.
