The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: - Demolition Works, - Construction Of Partition Walls To Create A Toilet And Utility Rooms, - Construction Of Homogeneous Pvc Floor Coverings, - Finishing Works On The Building, - Construction Of Casing For The Existing Ceiling - Ei60 Partition Made Of Gkf Boards ,- Insertion Of External Windows In The Pvc Profile System, - Replacement Of Internal Double-Leaf Doors - Reconstruction Of Doors, - Construction Of Glazed Partition Walls With Doors Using Aluminum Profile Technology, - Renovation Of Wooden Glazing And Original Entrance Doors, - Construction Of Kindergarten Sanitary Rooms With Installation Of Fittings Sanitary - Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage Connection, - Construction Of A Water Supply Connection, - Reconstruction Of Existing Energy, Central Heating And Ventilation Installations, - Construction Of Internal Water And Sewage And Air Conditioning Installations. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Set Of Documents To Report The Completion Of The Works (Reports, As-Built Inventory, Quantity Survey, Construction Log, Certificates And Declarations Of Compliance For The Built-In Materials).8. The Price Of The Offer Should Include Full Surveying Services For The Works, Including The Preparation Of As-Built Inventories. 8.
