1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Titled: Construction Of A Village Community Center In Stanisławów, Głowaczów Commune - Stage I.2. All Construction Works Under This Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Documentation Attached To This Swz: - Design Documentation - Bill Of Quantities. Note: As Part Of The Task, Construction Works Must Be Performed For The Building In A Closed Shell State, I.E. (Earthworks, Foundations And Insulation, Above-Ground Walls, Structures, Ceilings, Reinforced Concrete Structures, Partition Walls, Roof - Structure With Covering, Window And Door Joinery ) Without Internal Plasters, Water, Sewage And Electrical Installations, Without External Façade And Without Landscaping. These Works Will Be Performed In The Next Stage According To A Separate Order.2. Moreover, Under This Order, The Contractor, At His Own Expense, Is Obliged To: Provide A Minimum 36-Month Quality Warranty For The Construction Works Performed And Construction Materials And Products Used To Complete The Order, - The Subject Of The Order Must Be Made Of New Construction Materials, For Which The Contractor Will Provide Certificates Or Approvals Approval For Use At Each Request Of The Supervision Inspector And Will Provide It To The Ordering Party On The Day Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order, - After The Completion Of The Works, But Before The Date Of Their Acceptance, The Construction Site Must Be Tidied Up And Returned To It In A Proper Condition, Not Worse Than Before The Commencement Of The Works, 3. Provisions Regarding The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract:1). The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Technical Documentation. The Ordering Party Recommends That The Contractor Make A Local Visit To The Area Covered By Future Construction Works Under This Subject Of The Order In Order To Familiarize Himself With The Conditions For The Implementation Of These Works.4).
