The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Comprehensive Service Consisting In The Supply Of Electricity Along With The Electricity Distribution Service For The Needs Of The Gostycyn Commune. 2. The Value Of Demand For Electricity Indicated Below Is An Estimated Value, Which Does Not Reflect The Actual Or Declared Use Of Electricity During The Duration Of The Contract And Cannot Under Any Circumstances Constitute The Basis For Any Claims On The Part Of The Contractor. Actual Settlements Will Be Based On Current Readings Of Measurement And Billing Systems For The Supply Of Electricity In Accordance With The Contractors Offer, And For The Distribution Of Electricity Will Be Based On The Fees Resulting From The Tariff For Electricity Distribution Services Of Enea Operator Sp.
