The Subject Of The Order Includes The Construction Of A Pressure Sewage System With Fittings For The Pumping Station At The Problem Waste Hall On The Premises Of The Waste Recovery Plant In Sianów At Łubuszan 80 Street. The Scope Includes The Separation Of The Pressure And Gravity Networks And Providing A Method Of Controlling This System In Order To Direct Sewage To Two Different Facilities. The Scope Of Works Includes, Among Others, The Construction Of A Pressure And Gravity Sewage System And An Expansion Well, Hardening The Area Around The Expansion Well, And Installing A Gate Valve Chamber With An Actuator Along With A Power Supply And Control Cabinet. The Gate Valve Chamber Should Be Placed On The Existing Dn 250 Pe Discharge Pipe. A System Of Knife Gate Valves With Automatic Control From The Control Panel In The Main Building Was Selected. Install A Stainless Steel Tee In The Chamber, Causing The Sewage Flow To Be Divided Into The Existing Tank And The Second Line To The Expansion Well And Then Through A Gravity Pipe To The Second Facility. Make The Pressure Pipeline From Pe Hd Sdr 17 Rc Pipes Dn250 Pn 10. Concrete Expansion Well Dn 1000. Install A Stainless Steel Deflector On The Inlet Side Of The Discharge Channel, Which Will Be Responsible For Muffling The Incoming Sewage And Calming It. Then, Through A Specially Profiled Base, The Sewage Will Be Discharged To The Existing Gravity System Via A Section Of The Pvc Canal Dn 315 Sn 8 And Further To The Well Marked On The Map As Sistn. Lay An Access Road To The Sr Well Using Road Slabs (Investors Material). The Pressure Sewage System Should Be Laid In An Open Trench, On A Sand Bed Of Approx. 15 Cm, With A Slope Towards The Sr Well And Covered With Sand To A Height Of 30 Cm Above The Top Of The Pipe. Place A Marking Tape With The Inscription: Pressure Sewage.
