Bids Are Invited For Acquisition Of Materials For Water Feeding

1.- The Magallanes Supply Center Of The Chilean Navy, Hereinafter The M Supply Center, Calls For Public Tender For The “Acquisition Of Materials For Pozo Rojas Water Supply For Base Prat.”, Whose Specifications Are Detailed In The Technical Bases, And Which Form An Integral Part Of These For All Purposes. 2.- The Bidders Participating In This Tender Will Be Obliged To Comply With The Requirements Detailed In These Bases And Technical Specifications. 3.- The Provisions And Documents That Will Govern This Tender Are The Following: A Law No. 18,928 On Acquisitions And Disposals Of Corporal And Incorporeal Assets, Movable And Services Of The Armed Forces And Its Regulations. B Law No. 19,886 On Bases On Administrative Contracts For The Supply And Provision Of Services And Its Regulations. C Law No. 19,983 Of December 15, 2004 On Transfer And Executive Merit Of The Copy Of The Invoice. D Law No. 19,880 That Establishes The Bases Of The Administrative Procedures That Govern The Acts Of The State Administration Bodies. E Law No. 20,393 That Establishes Criminal Liability Of Legal Entities In The Crimes Of Money Laundering, Financing Of Terrorism And Bribery Crimes That It Indicates. F Law No. 21,640 That Approves The Budget For The Public Sector For The Year 2024. G Penal Code, Articles 463 Et Seq., Which Contain Bankruptcy Crimes. H Resolution Approving The Bases Of Public Proposal No. 3166--Le24 “Acquisition Of Materials For Pozo Rojas Water Supply For Prat Base.” I Queries And Responses To The Bases Through The Public Market Portal. 4.- This Tender Contemplates An Amount Of Budget Availability In National Currency Of 13,000,000.- Thirteen Million Pesos. Payment Method Will Be According To Law No. 21,460 That Approves The Budget For The Public Sector For The Year 2024. Note: The Award Will Be To A Bidder For The Total Of The Required Items, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Clause W, “Estimated Demand And Technical Specifications”. In The Event That The Offers Exceed The Planned Budgetary Framework, Supply Center M May Declare The Offer Inadmissible, As Stipulated In Clause W.
