The Scope Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of The Following Main Activities: Review And Analysis Of The Available Source Data And Information; Creation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase For The Site Reconstruction And Completion Of The Water Supply And Sewerage Network In Shiyakovtsi District And Maslovo, Town Of Kostinbrod; Assistance In Coordinating The Investment Project With The Relevant Competent Administrations, Interested Institutions, Operating Companies And Third Parties According To The Applicable Regulations; Obtaining All Necessary Permits In Connection With The Implementation Of The Construction; Implementation Of Construction And Installation Works And Any Other Accompanying And Related Activities Necessary For The Execution Of The Construction In Accordance With The Regulatory Requirements, The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority And The Approved Investment Project; Carrying Out Authors Supervision According To The Zut, Incl. Providing, If Necessary, Technical Solutions, Additions And/Or Changes To The Project And Assistance In Putting The Object Into Operation; Preparation Of Executive Documentation, Cadastral Surveying Of The Entire Construction And Provision Of The Data To The Relevant Office Of Geodesy, Cartography And Cadastre According To Art. 54A, Para. 2 Of The Zkir; Handing Over The Object And Its Acceptance By The Contracting Authority With A Constitutive Act To Establish The Suitability For Acceptance Of The Construction Annex No. 15 Under Ordinance No. 3 Of 31.07.2003. For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction; Participation In Putting The Facility Into Operation With A Protocol For Establishing The Fitness For Use Of The Construction Annex No. 16 Of Ordinance No. 3 Of 31.07.2003; Fulfillment Of Obligations Related To Ensuring The Normal Functioning And Use Of The Completed Construction Site And Removal Of Hidden Defects After Acceptance And Putting The Site Into Operation Within The Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Installation Works And Facilities In Accordance With Ordinance No. 2 Of 31.07.2003. For The Commissioning Of The Constructions In The Republic Of Bulgaria And The Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Smr, Facilities And Construction Sites. The Planned Investment Measures Include: Water Supply Network: The Construction Of The Settlements Water Supply Network Started Already In The Middle Of The Last Century, And Was Mainly Built In The 1950S To The 1970S.
