Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services – Mpk Tragwerksplanung Lph 1-6 Neubau Mobility Hub So2. The Subject Of The Order Is Hoai Planning Services For Service Phases 1-6, Structural Planning In Accordance With §51 Hoai 2021 For The Project To Build And Operate A Neighborhood Parking Facility On The Property Of The Former Prinz Leopold Barracks In The East Of Regensburg. Das Stadtwerk Regensburg Gmbh Was Entrusted With The Planning, Construction And Operation Of A Neighborhood Parking Facility On The Site Of The Former Prince Leopold Barracks In The East Of Regensburg. The Need For Parking Spaces And Other Mobility Offerings For Residents, Visitors, Employees And Businesses Should Primarily Be Met Through So-Called Mobility Hubs. As The Project Progresses, A Total Of Three Mobility Hubs Are To Be Built On The Site (So2 As The 1St Mobility Hub, So1 As The 2Nd Mobility Hub, So3 As The 3Rd Mobility Hub). The Hubs Should Be Flexibly Adjustable, As The Capacity And Utilization Will Depend On The Construction Progress In The Planning Area (= Number Of Residents) And The Type Of Mobility Use (= Number Of Cars). According To The Current Planning Status, Approximately 1,030 Vehicle Parking Spaces Are To Be Created (So1: Approximately 300 Vehicle Parking Spaces, So2: Approximately 480 Vehicle Parking Spaces, So3: Approximately 250 To 320 Vehicle Parking Spaces). The Mobility Hubs Bundle A Variety Of Mobility And Service Offerings: - Parking Spaces For Private/Business Cars (Mainly In The So-Called Floating System Without Permanently Assigned Parking Spaces) - Sharing Products (Including For The Last Mile, E-Car Sharing, One -Way Offers, Bicycles) - Parcel Station - Parking And Repair Station For Bicycles - Motorcycle Parking Spaces Including Associated Lockers - If Necessary, Areas For Research Purposes, E.G. Drone Landing Site The Contractors Services Include The Planning And Implementation Of The First Neighborhood Parking Facility (Mobility Hub So2) With Around 480 Parking Spaces Including Areas For Other Mobility Offers And Transformer Stations. On The Ground Floor Of The Mobility Hub, Sufficient Space Must Be Provided For Integrated Transformer Stations And Associated Technical Rooms For Rewag And The City Of Regensburg, As Well As Rooms For Facility Management. As Part Of The District Energy Concept, The Parking Garage Is To Be Equipped With Pv Systems On The Green Roof And On Suitable Facade Sides. Facade Greening Is Planned For Facade Areas That Are Unsuitable For The Pv System.
