Tenders are invited for Transport Ventilator (Neonatal) QTY: 1 Bid Bond: Rs. 120,000.00 The tender fee for each item is Rs. 2,500.00 Sealed bids are invited by the Chairman, Procurement Committee, Base Hospital (Teaching), Gampola for the supply of medical equipment. Only nominated representatives or accredited agents of manufacturers of the equipment offered for the Sri Lankan market are eligible to participate. The bid submission deadline is 10:30 a.m. on 02.08.2024. Bid documents can be collected from 11.07.2024 to 01.08.2024 during working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,500.00 per item. The sealed bids must include a written application, business registration certificate, and a certificate from the principals appointing local agents for their products. Bids will be opened immediately after the closing of the tender. If the procurement estimate exceeds Rs. 5,000,000.00, the bidder must register with the Registrar of Public Contract, Sri Lanka.
