We Wish To Commission A Consultant To Provide A Review Of The Two Teams Within Our Planning And Logistic Function; Specifically, The Planning Team And The Supply Chain Team.The Key Aims Of The New Contract Will Be, For Each Of The Planning Team And The Supply Chain Team, To:•Review Each Team’S Structure, Processes, And Technology.•Provide A Constructive Evaluation Of The Current Approach Measured Against Other Potential Approaches, Articulating The Benefits Of Options Proposed.•Provide High-Level Budgetary Values And Programme Plan For Proposed Options.•Include An Indicative Resource Forecast For Chp Resources To Support Any Proposed Programme, Business And Technical Improvements.The Key Deliverables, Whether Jointly And/Or Separately For Each Team, Are;•A Comprehensive Report Detailing The Findings Of The Review, Including An Executive Summary And Recommendations.•High-Level Budgetary Values And Programme Plan For Proposed Options.•Indicative Resource Forecast For Chp Business And Technical Resources To Support Any Proposed System, Process And/Or Structure Changes.•A Presentation Of Findings To The Executive Team – Can Be Virtual Via Microsoft Teams.
