The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Reconstruction, Thermal Modernization And Change Of Use Of The Farm Building Into The Social Services Center In Stary Brus. 2. General Description Of The Investment: The Subject Of The Investment Is The Reconstruction, Expansion, Thermal Modernization, Renovation Of A Farm Building On Plot No. 440/35 Owned By The Stary Brus Commune And Changing Its Use To The Social Services Center In Stary Brus. The Building Will Serve The Communes Residents For Broadly Understood Social Services Determined On The Basis Of A Needs Analysis.3. The Order Includes: 1) Development Of Comprehensive Design Documentation With Obtaining A Building Permit And All Necessary Arrangements, Opinions, Conditions And Decisions Enabling The Implementation Of The Project Of Reconstruction, Expansion And Superstructure Of The Farm Building Along With The Change Of Use For The Social Services Center In Stary Brus; 2) Execution Of Construction, Assembly And Installation Works With Obtaining A Building Occupancy Permit For The Purposes Of Reconstruction, Expansion And Superstructure Of A Farm Building With A Change Of Use To The Social Services Center. A Building With Two Above-Ground Floors With Accompanying Infrastructure, Land Development (Internal Communication, Parking Spaces, Greenery) And Equipment In The Town Of Stary Brus On Plot No. 440/35, 440/31; 4. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Elements To The Extent Necessary To Perform The Task:  Preparation Of A Map For Design Purposes;  Perform Geological Research;  Development Of Design Documentation - A Full-Industry Construction Design Along With Obtaining, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, The Following Provisions: Opinions, Consents, Technical Expertise, Arrangements And Permits;  Preparation Of A Geological Works Design For A Lower Heat Source  Preparation Of Fire Safety, Occupational Health And Safety Instructions And A Bioz Plan;  Development Of Technical/Executive Industry Designs And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works;  Basic Equipment Of The Facility;  Preparation Of Investor Cost Estimates And Bills Of Quantities,  Execution Of Construction And Finishing Works, Interior Furnishing Based On The Above Designs;  Ensuring Construction Management;  Conducting Authors Supervision For The Duration Of The Investment;  Preparation Of As-Built Documentation. The Design Documentation Should Include The Following Branches:  Architectural,  Construction,  Sanitary Installations,  Electrical, Photovoltaic (Pv) And Telecommunications Installations,  Area Hardening (Pedestrian And Roadways) - Road.  Design Of Geological Works For The Lower Heat Source Of The Heat Pump 1) The Detailed Scope Of Work And Works Is Detailed In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Functional And Utility Program And In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Designed Provisions Of The Contract.
