The Scope Of Work Includes: - Construction Of Partition Walls, - Construction Of Suspended Ceilings, - Replacement Of Door Joinery And Door Widening, - Replacement Of Electrical And Sanitary Installations, - Replacement Of Mechanical Ventilation With Heat Recovery, - Installation Of Air Conditioning, - Implementation Of Ict Installation, - Implementation Monitoring Installation, - Renovation Of The Buildings Facade, - Replacement Of Sheet Metal Flashings, - Painting Of The Roof, - Installation Of Roof Windows, - Installation Of Barriers, - Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: - Design Documentation, Annex No. 3, Swz, And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Annex No. 4, Swz. In The First Stage, The Following Works Were Carried Out (Covered By The Attached Design Documentation): Water Supply Connection, Gas Connection, Complete Elevator For The Disabled, Staircase Next To The Elevator Shaft, Completely Finished Second Floor Except Part Of The Attic, Central Heating With A Boiler Room, Partially Completed Electrical, It And Water And Sewage Installations. The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With Legal Regulations And Construction Practice. The Contractor May Entrust The Execution Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor. A Contractor Who Intends To Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors Is Obliged To Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order Whose Performance He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known. Before Commencing The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide, If Known, The Names And Representatives Of Subcontractors Involved In Such Construction Works. The Contractor Notifies The Ordering Party About Any Changes To The Above Data During The Execution Of The Order, And Also Provides The Required Information About New Subcontractors To Whom It Later Intends To Entrust The Implementation Of Construction Works. Entrusting The Performance Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors Does Not Release The Contractor From The Responsibility For The Proper Performance Of This Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Quality Guarantee For The Subject Of The Order For A Period Of At Least 36 Months.
