4.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Revitalization Of The Town Hall In Żagań At Ul. Rynek 36 Located On Plots No. 842/4 And 842/6 Within The Registry No. 0002. The Revitalization Includes, Among Others, Reconstruction, Change Of Use Of The Building And Addition Of A Staircase. The Investment Is Being Carried Out In The Area Surrounding A Monument Entered In The Register Of Monuments. The Contractor Is Responsible For Ensuring Supervision And Archaeological And Conservation Research During The Investment. 4.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Investment Is Specified In The Attached Design Documentation Prepared By: P.U.P.I. Plan Sp. Z O. O. Street Browarna 1, 65-849 Zielona Góra And Includes, Among Others: 1) Extension With A Staircase And A Lift Shaft 2) Town Hall - Existing Part 2.1) Security And Preparatory Works 2.2) Façade 2.3) Construction And Demolition Works 2.4) The Scope Of The Task Does Not Include Works Included In The Bill Of Quantities As Internal Works. The Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Are Only Of Auxiliary Nature And Cannot Constitute The Only Basis For The Valuation Of The Offer. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carefully Check And Estimate The Amount Of Required Works Against The Design Documentation. Due To The Fact That The Remuneration For The Implementation Of The Works Contract Will Be A Lump Sum, In The Event Of A Larger Quantity Of Specific Works Included In The Project In Any Bill Of Quantities Item During The Works, It Cannot Be Considered As Additional Works Requiring Additional Remuneration. Any Lack Of Necessary Works Resulting From The Design Documentation In The Bill Of Quantities Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Perform Them Based On The Design At The Contract Price. Due To The Above, The Contractor Cannot Refer To Any Deficiencies In The Bill Of Quantities And Demand An Increase In Remuneration Based On Them. If Any Discrepancies Are Noticed Between Individual Elements Of The Design Documentation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ask The Ordering Party For Their Explanation Before Submitting The Offer, Because As Part Of The Remuneration Given In The Offer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Necessary Works Provided For In Any Of The Documents Constituting An Annex To The Swz.
