The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Delivery And Installation Of Cabinets For Storing Endoscopes For The Endoscopy Laboratory As Part Of The Task Reconstruction Of The Endoscopy Laboratory, The Emergency Room And Part Of Specialist Clinics For The Provincial Hospital In Bielsko-Biała - Part 1 In The Types Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Terms Of Reference, Hereinafter Referred To As The Swz And In Annex No. 2A To The Swz, Meeting The Quality Parameters Specified In Appendix No. 2 To The Swz And Under The Conditions Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.2. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Transport, Unloading And Assembly, Will Take Place At The Contractors Expense And Risk.3. The Subject Of The Order Is Co-Financed By A Grant From The Silesian Voivodeship.
