The Subject Of The Investment Is The Construction Of A Village Community Center Made Of Sandwich Panels Along With Equipment And Land Development. The Designed Community Center Is A Single-Story, Steel-Frame Building With No Basement, Enclosed With A Sandwich Panel With A Pir Core. Min. 12.0 Cm. The Supporting Structure Of The Facility Consists Of Steel Posts And Perimeter Frames. Internal Partition Walls Should Be Made Of Class 600 Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Blocks Or The Plasterboard Drywall System. Gable Roof Covered With A Roof Sandwich Panel With A Pir Core. Min. 12.0 Cm. The Entire Common Room Is Placed Directly On A Foundation Slab. Foundations Are Planned Under The External Walls. The Scope Of Works Includes: • Construction Works, • Land Development, • Sanitary Installations, • Electrical And Telecommunications Installations, • Common Room Equipment.
