Tarpaulins, Sails For Boats, Sailboards Or Land Craft, Awnings, Sunblinds, Tents And Camping Goods – Supply And Maintenance Of Tents Large-Scale Decontamination Unit (Goe). The Contracting Authority Manages Seven (7) De-Contamination Units, Of Which Six (6) Are Operationally Located In The Regions And One (1) Exchange Unit Is Located At The Contracting Authority. These Units Contain A Total Of 21 (3 Per Unit) Inflatable Tents That Are Used To Accommodate Victims In The Event Of Chemical, Biological, Radiological Or Nuclear Contamination. The Current Tents Are Approximately 16 Years Old And At The End Of Their Technical Lifespan. They Exhibit Serious Defects That Endanger Their Employability. The Contracting Authority Is Therefore Looking For A Contractor Who Can Supply 21 Inflatable Tents And The Associated Inflation Pump And The Coupling Piece From The Tent To The Container. In Addition, Desired Or Necessary Repairs And Maintenance Are Also Part Of The Scope. For The Purchase Of 21 Tents Including Accessories, A One-Off Expenditure Of Approximately € 256,000 Excluding Vat Is Taken Into Account. For Any Repairs And Maintenance, An Amount Of Approximately € 12,000 Excluding Vat Per Year Is Taken Into Account. The Numbers Mentioned Are Indications/Estimates From Which The Tenderer Cannot Derive Any Rights.
