The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Dislocation Of Library Collections With A Size Of Approximately 4,800 Meters, Intended For Comprehensive Conservation, Along The Route: Biblioteka Książat Czartoryski, Kraków, Ul. Saint Marka 17 - Spytkowice Castle (Former National Archives). 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of Three Stages: 1) Stage I - Up To 7 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Including: A) Delivery Of Containers/Transport Boxes For Transporting 300 Archiving Boxes/Cartons Previously Packed By The Ordering Party; B) Starting The Dislocation Of Library Collections For Conservation On The Kraków - Spytkowice Route. Packing Boxes With Objects Into Containers/Transport Boxes And Unpacking The Transport In Spytkowice, Bringing And Arranging Boxes With Objects In Indicated Rooms On Shelves Indicated By The Ordering Party. 2) Stage Ii - Up To 21 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Including: A) Delivery Of Archiving Boxes/Cartons Ready For Packing And Securing All Collections Referred To In Chapter Ii (Table I And Table Ii) Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 2 To Swz). B) Continued Dislocation Of Library Collections For Conservation On The Kraków - Spytkowice Route. Packing Archiving Boxes With Objects Into Containers/Transport Boxes And Unpacking The Transport In Spytkowice, Carrying And Arranging Boxes With Objects In Indicated Rooms On Shelves Indicated By The Ordering Party 3) Stage Iii - Up To 90 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement, Including: A) Packing Boxes With Objects And Preparation Of Objects For Dislocation: Removal And Transfer To Storage Places Before Release; B) Delivery Of Transport Containers/Boxes; C) Packing Boxes With Objects Into Shipping Containers/Crates; D) Dislocation Of Library Collections For Conservation On The Kraków - Spytkowice Route. Unpacking Transport In Spytkowice, Carrying And Arranging Boxes With Objects In Indicated Rooms On Shelves Indicated By The Ordering Party. 3. All Activities Will Be Carried Out Within The Hours Set By The Ordering Party, Taking Into Account The Working Hours Of The Librarys Employees - 08:00-16:00, Provided That Changes In The Scope Of Order Execution Are Allowed At The Stage Of Preparing The Schedule. 4. The Ordering Party Estimates Two Dislocations Per Day. 5. The Contractor Is Responsible For: 1) Delivering Materials For Packing Historic Objects (Archiving Boxes, Large-Format Packaging, Security Materials In Accordance With Conservation Guidelines And The Ordering Partys Specifications, Indicated In Chapter V) Within The Agreed Deadline. The Amount Of Materials Must Enable The Entire Book Collection To Be Packed In Accordance With The Given Specifications And Formats 2) Loading Cartons/Packages Into Transport Containers (Containers/Boxes) Protected Against Weather Conditions, Transport And Unloading Including: Taking Down/Removing Boxes/Boxes/Cartons, Packing Them Into Transport Containers
