The Object Of This Public Procurement Is The Provision Of Service And Delivery Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 And Item 3 Of The Zop. The Subject Of This Order Is Subscription Support And Delivery Of Additional Services And Application Software Products (Licenses) Of The Hospital Information System Of Vtora Sagbal Sheynovo Ead. The Subscription Support Services Are Related To Software Products Included In The Contracting Authoritys Hospital Information System For Which It Has Acquired License Rights To Use And Which Are Described In The Attached Technical Specification. The Provision Of Subscription Support Services When Using Specialized Software In View Of Their Purpose, With Specified Technical And Operational Characteristics, Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification And Documentation Of The Contracting Authority For Awarding The Public Contract. If Necessary And At The Request Of The Contracting Authority, To Provide Additional Licenses For The Indefinite Right To Use Software Products And Their Integration Into The Hospital Information System, Including The Performance Of All Accompanying Activities For Working With These Software Products (The Maintenance, Operation And Updating Of The Software Products Etc.) The Provided Software Products Should Have The Functional Capabilities Corresponding To The Regulatory Framework And The Functional Capabilities Achieved For Identical Products Available At The Date Of Their Acceptance And Be Integrated Into The Hospital Information System. Delivery Of Additional Licenses Also Includes: Installation, Integration, Backup, Initialization And On-Site Consulting Services; Training Of Personnel To Work With Software Products; Warranty Maintenance Of Software Products For A Period Of Up To 6 (Six) Weeks After Completion Of The Activity Of Granting Licenses For Use And Acceptance Of All Services By The Contracting Authority. The Term Of Execution Is 24 (Twenty-Four) Months From The Date Of Award Of The Order.
