Update on Media Articles, RGCs Policies and Institutional Studies/Reports Expected Activities/Tasks Delivery regular (twice month) media policy monitoring reports. · The monitoring report includes article titles web links, well a short (around one page) summary the most important articles. In addition, monitoring report list summarise relevant policies, strategies, roadmaps, frameworks, research recently released by Royal Government Cambodia (RGC), large development partners, reputable organisations. 1 · The monitoring report cover following English-language media outlets: Phnom Penh Post, Khmer Times, KiriPost, the Investment Review; the following development partners research organisations: United Nations (UN) agencies, World Bank, International Monetary Fund (IMF), Asian Bank (ADB), ASEAN Secretariat, ASEAN+3 Macroeconomic Research Office (AMRO). · The monitoring report focus the Cambodian economy it relates the following topics: economic development agenda the Royal Government Cambodia, trade investment, socioeconomic issues. 3 . Expected Deliverables Summarise important, key, widely reported articles the media outlets Cambodia every two weeks (submitting CAPRED twice month, specifically the middle at end each month). Regular deliverables (twice month) media policy monitoring reports CAPRED will use an objective and reliable process to evaluate each proposal. The proposals and responses will be evaluated based on: a. Compliance with this Request for Proposal (RFP). b. Understanding of and ability to meet the requirements and deadlines as specified. c. Supplier expertise and experience with the delivery of similar projects. d. Expertise of individuals/overall team nominated to deliver the services. CAPRED reserves the right to reject any individual being proposed and to ask the supplier to provide an alternative. e. Proposed fee charged for the services.
