Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy Services to Undertake Project Environmental and Social Completion Audit The services to be provided under the assignment shall include: 1. Establishing the E&SS requirements in the Financing Agreement and assess extent to which the implementation of the project complied with the provisions therein. 2. Establishing the applicable national E&SS legal requirements, conditions of approval in permits, licenses, approvals, standards and procedures and assess extent to which the implementation of the project complied with the provisions therein. 3. Establishing the Banks E&SS policies requirements and assess extent to which the implementation of the project complied with the provisions therein. 4. Establishing the existence of the approved E&SS documents (Environmental Project Brief (EPB), ARCAP, ESMP, GRM) and assess extent to which the implementation of the project complied with the provisions therein Interested consulting firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.).
