1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase, Delivery And Assembly Of A Digital Projector With A Server In The Dci 4K Standard With A Laser Light Source With A Light Power Of Not Less Than 20,000 Ansi Lumens, Sufficient For The Correct Projection Of Content On A Silver Screen, And The Delivery Of A Lens, A Table, A Laptop, Automation Module.2. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Adapted To The Dimensions And Conditions Of The Existing Equipment In Cinema Room No. 3 At Ckf Stylowy In Zamość.3. The Ordering Party Requires The Delivery Of Original, Brand New, Unused, Undamaged And Originally Packed Equipment, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Having Appropriate Approvals, Certificates, Quality Certificates Or Other Equivalent Documents Authorizing Its Use.4. The Delivered Equipment Must Be Complete And Ready For Commissioning And Use Without Any Additional Expenditure On The Part Of The Ordering Party, It Must Be Connected And Integrated With The Tms System And Automation Systems Present In The Facility (I.E. Fire Protection Control).5. The Place Of Delivery And Assembly Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Building Of The Film Culture Center Stylowy In Zamość (Ul. Odwodnia 9, 22-400 Zamość).6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform A Warranty Inspection At Least Once A Year During The Warranty Period (As Part Of The Order And Offer Price). As Part Of The Warranty, The Contractor Will Also Provide An Annual Warranty Inspection (Unless The Equipment Manufacturer Requires The Inspection More Frequently) During The Warranty Period, Including Service, Replacement Of Wear Parts And Consumables.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Configure His Barco-Dp2k-23B Projector And The Doremi Dcp 2K4 Server As A Spare Set For The Ordered Equipment.8. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Terms Of Delivery Are Specified In The Annexes To This Swz, I.E. In Annex No. 6 - Draft Contract And Annex No. 7 - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz). 9. The Ordering Party Informs That The Names Of Manufacturers, Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or Specific Processes Appearing In The Documentation In Relation To The Required Materials, Devices, Equipment Or Goods - The Ordering Party Recommends That Such Indications Be Treated As Examples And Allows Their Use In Execution Of The Order Of Equivalent Materials And Devices, Provided That They Guarantee Technical, Functional And Operational Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Procedure Documentation. These Changes Are To Be Beneficial For The Ordering Party, E.G. They Will Reduce Operation And Maintenance Costs, Improve Technical Parameters, And Update The Solutions Due To Technological Progress And Changes In Applicable Regulations. The Equivalent Solutions Used Must Meet The Technical And Qualitative Characteristics Of The Materials And Devices Indicated In The Technical Documentation And Have Appropriate Approvals, Certificates And Technical Approvals.
