The Subject Of The Order Is: Renovation Of The Wooden Structure And Replacement Of The Railings Of The Floating Pier, Marked As Pier B, Located At The Water And Ice Sailing Center In Olsztyn At Ul. Sielskiej 38. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Preparatory And Security Works; 2) Disassembly Of Equipment Elements, E.G. Ladders, Signs, Posts, Light Fixtures, Mooring Lines; 3) Construction Works: A) Disassembly And Replacement Of The Wooden Substructure Platform With Assembly On The Existing Concrete Float Anchors Without Changing The Structural System. B) Disassembly And Replacement Of The Platform Formwork Without Changing The Structural System (For Points 1) And 2), Pressure-Protected Class I Wood Should Be Used For The Replacement. C) Installation Of Equipment Elements In The Quantity And Quality Reproducing Existing Use (E.G. Lifebuoy Hangers And Information Signs, Mooring Ladders And Cleats). The Need To Protect The Elements Against External Factors And Water. D) Disassembly And Replacement Of The Barrier. E) Disassembly And Reassembly Of The Electrical Installation Network To The Extent Necessary To Complete The Basic Task. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Document Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Annex No. 1 To The Swz And In The Bill Of Quantities (Annex To The Opz). The Bill Of Quantities Attached By The Ordering Party Is An Auxiliary Element For The Valuation Of The Works.4. The Pier To Be Renovated Is Part Of The Public Space Located At The Lake Shore. When Calculating The Offer Price, This Fact Should Be Taken Into Account When Selecting Materials That Should Ensure The Highest Quality And Guarantee The Preservation Of Physical And Mechanical Properties During The Warranty Period.5. In The Case Of Materials Or Products Mentioned In The Documentation Describing The Subject Of The Order By Indicating Trademarks, Such Indication Should Be Treated As An Example. The Ordering Party Allows In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Use Of Materials Or Products Equivalent In Quality And Functionality (With Equivalent Or Higher Parameters). If The Contractor Offers Equivalent Materials Or Products, He Is Obliged To Clearly Demonstrate That The Equivalent Materials Or Products He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. Before Using The Product/Installing The Device, The Contractor Should Always Obtain The Approval Of The Ordering Party. In The Case Of References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described.6.
