Tenders Are Invited For Successive Deliveries Of Brand New 12V Batteries For Vehicles Operated By The Provincial Police Headquarters In Rzeszów

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Deliveries Of 12V Batteries, Brand New (Not Used, Not Regenerated, Free From Physical Defects), Fully Adapted For Immediate Installation In The Official Vehicles Of The Rzeszów Police Headquarters After Their Delivery By The Contractor To The Ordering Partys Warehouses. The List Of Products Constituting The Subject Of The Order Is Provided In The Offer Form Constituting Annex No. 2 To Swz.2. Due To The Specific Nature Of The Subject Of The Order, The Actual Number And Range Of Batteries Ordered Successively Will Depend On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Quantity Of The Product Specified In The Offer Form Table Is An Estimate. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Ordered Batteries, But Not More Than The Amount It Intends To Spend On The Implementation Of The Contract. 3. The Value Of Delivered Deliveries During The Duration Of The Contract Will Depend On The Limit Of Financial Resources Specified In The Ordering Partys Financial Plan For Deliveries Specified In The Subject Of The Contract, And The Minimum Amount For Which The Ordering Party Will Order The Product Range Specified In § 3 Section 1 Of The Specification Will Not Be Less Than 30% Of The Gross Offer Value From The Offer Form. The Contractor Will Not Pursue Any Claims For Quantitative And Qualitative Changes In The Product Range During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. 4. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Collection From The Place And On The Date Indicated By The Ordering Party And Disposal At The Ordering Partys Own Expense Of Used Batteries In An Amount Appropriate To The Assortment Delivered To The Ordering Party. In The Event Of Acceptance, The Contractor Undertakes To Perform Tasks Related To Electronic Waste Records Through The Bdo Account, I.E. Database On Products And Packaging And Waste Management, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended). 5.
