Part I - Adaptation Of The Premises Of The Municipal Kindergarten In Końskowola Into The Promyczek Childrens Club. The Construction Works Will Include Erecting Partition Walls Separating A New Childrens Bathroom, Enlarging The Bathroom For The Disabled And Staff, Separating The Scullery From The Kitchen Area, Enlarging The Staircase, Separating Utility Rooms From The Boiler Room, Separating The Vegetable Warehouse From The General Warehouse, Narrowing The Door Opening, Inserting Door Joinery And Removing And Re-Making Finishing Elements. Additionally, It Will Be Necessary To Brick Up The Window Openings And Replace The External Insulation With Mineral Wool. In Order To Create A New Entrance, The Existing Windows On The Ground Floor Need To Be Removed And A Fragment Of The External Wall Of The Kindergarten Building Needs To Be Removed. At The Basement And First Floor Levels, The Windows Marked On The Drawings And The Existing External Flashing At The Level Of The Buildings Architrave Should Be Dismantled. There Will Also Be An Additional Entrance For The Nursery Department In The Western External Wall. In Order To Protect Against Weather Conditions, A Roof Was Designed Similar To The Existing One And A Landing In Front Of The Entrance. The Roof Over The Entrance Is Single-Pitched With An Inclination Of 10° And Covered With Trapezoidal Sheet Metal. Rainwater Will Be Discharged Through A Gutter And Downpipe To The Investors Plot. The Main Works In The Building Will Consist In:  Construction Of New Walls In Accordance With The Construction Design,  Filling In Gaps In The Existing Screed,  Making A Self-Leveling Screed,  Making Installation Holes And Grooves,  Making Electrical, Low-Current And Sanitary Installations,  Installation Of Supply Ducts In Accordance With The Installation Design,  Finishing Of Walls In Accordance With The Drawing Part,  Laying New Floors In Accordance With The Drawing Part,  Brickwork, Separation Of Doors And A Roof Over The Entrance.
