The University Requires The Successful Bidder To Provide An Internal Audit Service In Compliance With The Code Of Audit Practice And To Independently Appraise The University’S Activities, Its Financial Systems And Management Controls. The University Adopts A Risk-Based Approach To Audit, Taking Account Of The University’S Culture And Business Strategy.The Internal Audit Service Provided By The Successful Bidder Will Be Responsible For Providing Assurance To The University’S Governing Body On All Significant Risks And Control, Including Business Risk. As Part Of Its Function, The Successful Bidder Will Evaluate And Report To Management On The Effectiveness Of Governance, Risk Management And Internal Controls For Which Management Is Responsible.
