Plymouth City Council (Pcc) Are Seeking To Procure A “Turnkey” Solution For The Provision Of Full Design, Manufacture And Construction Services For A New Timber Cabin At Poole Farm, Plymouth.The Proposed Scheme Comprises A New, Facility To Serve As A Classroom, Eco-Therapy Venue, Training Centre, Hireable Venue Space And A Hub For Wildlife Watching. This High Profile Build At Poole Farm, Plymouth Will Be A Visible Timber Structure Aesthetically Sympathetic To The Natural Surroundings And Built With Minimal Impact To The Land. The Space Will Be Used 7 Days Per Week By A Variety Of Different Groups, Mainly Children And Young People, Including Sen Students.A Jct Design And Build Contract Is Required To Take The Project To Completion.The Project Must Be Completed And Invoiced In Full By 7Th March 2025..
