The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor For Construction And Repair Works, Delivery And Installation Of Interior Doors And Facade Joinery On The Second, Third And Fourth Floors In The Building Of The Professional High School For Leather Products And Textiles Dr. Ivan Bogorov, Located At 16 Nikola Belovezhdov St., Plovdiv, And Includes The Following Activities: - Dismantling Of Metal Window Frames, Metal Wings And Wooden Crates And Doors; Removal In Front Of The Building. - Delivery And Installation Of Facade Windows - Delivery And Installation Of Pvc Window Frames Openable At The Lower Level, 2 Sashes, 4 Cameras, Glazing Unit White+Ka Glass. - Supply And Installation Of Window Boards - Pvc Inside And Aluminum Outside - Building A Wall Under The Windows Up To The Height Of The Windows - Bricking The Door Opening + Putty -Installation Of A Glass Display Case And Doors With Two Wings, Consisting Of An Aluminum Frame And Triplex Type Glass -Laying Of Mineral Plaster On The Outside After Plastering With Cement Glue And Mesh -Plaster On Interior Walls -Turning Of The Windows And Doors /Without Painting/ And Installation Of Aluminum Edge Guards - Cleaning And Leveling Of A Yard In The Warm Connection Area - Other Finishing Works - Transfer, Loading, Cleaning Of The Installed Joinery, Etc. The Activities Provided For In The Project Fall Under The Category Of Ongoing Repair And As Such Do Not Require The Issuance Of A Building Permit According To Art. 151, Para. 1 Of The Zut. The Execution Of The Order Includes The Following Activities: Execution Of Construction And Repair Works (Crr), Including The Supply Of Raw Materials And Materials, Mechanization, Labor And All Services And Activities Necessary For The Execution Of The Public Order, In Accordance With The Technical Specifications And The Bills Of Quantities. Warranty Liability For The Periods Of The Warranty Periods Offered By The Contractor For The Individual Types Of Construction And Assembly Works, Facilities And Construction Sites, In Accordance With The Conditions And Requirements Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 2003 On Commissioning Of Constructions In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Installation Works, Facilities And Construction Sites, In Connection With Art. 160, Para. 4 And Para. 5 Of The Zut.
