The Object Of The Procurement Is Field Hygiene Services For Situations Where The Fixed Capacity Of The Defense Forces Is Not Sufficient. The Service Subject To Procurement Can Be Provided With Containers Intended For Temporary Use Or Similar Service Solutions Suitable For Temporary Use In Areas Related To Field Hygiene Such As Hand Washing, Toilets Or Showers. The Services That Are The Subject Of Procurement Are Used In Areas Where Water, Electricity Or A Sewerage Network May Not Be Available. The Possibility To Connect To The Water/Electricity/Sewerage Network Can Vary On A Case-By-Case Basis, And A More Specific Need Is Announced In Each Dps Internal Competition. A Temporary Need Can Mean, For Example, A Period Lasting From One Month To Two Years, When Service Solutions That Are The Subject Of Procurement Are Needed For The Daily Maintenance Of, For Example, 100 People. In Principle, This Procurement Does Not Procure Dry Toilet-Type Solutions, But Service Solutions That Meet The Need For Flushable (Not Potable) Running Hot And Cold Water. The Solutions Under Procurement Will Be Rented As A Turnkey Type Of Total Service Solution For Use By The Defense Forces. The Personnel Of The Defense Forces Will Point Out A Place For The Solution In A Flat Area On The Ground Or On Asphalt And The Points Of Possible Network Connections. The Service Provider Is Responsible For E.G. From Transporting The System To The Area, Installing And Connecting To Possible Networks, Maintenance And Additions During Use, And Transporting The Solution Out Of The Area And Restoring The Area After The End Of Use. In Each Request For Tenders, The Defense Forces Provide The Exact Content Requirements For The Site, As Well As The Quantitative Needs Of, For Example, Handwashing Stations, Showers And Toilet Bowls, And An Estimate Of The Number Of Users, In Order To Enable An Assessment Of The Consumption Of Water And Electricity During Use And The Need For Daily Maintenance. In Each Call For Tenders, The Defense Forces Also Provides Case-By-Case Requirements For The Lockability Of Individual Transaction Spaces To Protect The Users Privacy And/Or To Enable Unisex Spaces Or Other Detailed Requirements That May Vary Depending On The Group Using The Service.
