Civil Engineering Consultancy Services – Client Consultant Contract Regarding Alment Housing Project, Mariehusene Trekroner (Residence). Roskilde Municipality Wants To Build A Residence As Public Housing With An Area Of ​​Approx. 3,450 M2, Containing 40 Care Homes, Of Which 10 Are To Be Used As Flexible Places, By Which Is Meant Disabled Homes Or Short-Term Places That Can Be Adapted To Specific Needs. Mariehusene Trekroner Is To Be Built On A Piece Of Land Owned By The Municipality On Trekroner Parkvej In Trekroner Øst, 4000 Roskilde. The Clients Advisor Represents The Client In Relation To The General Contractor And The Relevant Authorities. The Clients Advisors Task Includes, But Is Not Limited To: Preparation Of A Construction Program, Undertaking Market Research/Dialogue Regarding The Projects Finances In Relation To The Framework Amount, Advice In Connection With The Tender Of A Turnkey Contract, Advice In In Connection With The Design Phase, Advice And Supervision In Connection With The Execution Phase, Budget Advice, As Well As Project Planning, Tendering, Procurement And Coordination Of Client Deliveries, Please Refer To Section 3 Of The Builders Consultant Contract And The Appendices Mentioned Therein. Reference Is Also Made To The Detailed Description In The Tender Conditions And The Tender Material. According To Section 194 Of The Public Procurement Act, Subsection 1, It Is Noted In Relation To The Tendered Task/Company That Roskilde Municipality Requires The Clients Consultant To Include The Following Environmental And/Or Climate Considerations When Implementing The Tendered Contract. Reference Is Made To The Builders Consultant Contract (Appendix 7) And The Yb Addendum On Sustainability Services 2022 (Appendix 13). It Is Noted That The Ordering Party Has Assessed That The Tendered Task/Company Cannot Be Divided Into Several Contracts. This, Given The Complexity Of The Task, Intersections And The Coordination With Residents, Authorities (Municipality) Will Make It Disproportionately Difficult To Be More Advisers. Therefore, The Client Has Assessed That The Task Can Only Be Solved Adequately And Justifiably By Tendering One Builders Consultant Contract.
