The Current Tender Includes The Establishment As A Turnkey Contractor Of A New Kvarterhus In The Gadehavekvarteret And Associated Outdoor Areas In The Form Of The Kvarterparken. The Neighborhood House Must, Among Other Things, Contain Teaching Rooms, Offices, Meeting Rooms, Changing Facilities, Cafe, Public Kitchen, Production Kitchen, Common Room, Depots Etc. The New Kvarterhus Must Contain A Number Of Actors And Functions, Including: • Residents House For Gadehavegård • Workplace For Operations, The Housing Social Comprehensive Plan And Teachers • Linie 10 (Centre For Høje-Taastrup Municipalitys 10Th Graders) • Evening School Activities • Changing Facilities For Leisure Activities The New Kvarterhus Must Be Of Approx. 1,800 M² According To The Development Plan For The Gadehavekvarteret And A Maximum Of 2,000 M² According To The Local Plan.
