Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Dasa Permanent Exhibition: Reconstruction Of Individual Exhibition Areas Of The Dasa Permanent Exhibition. The Order Includes Freelance Planning Services. The Following Services Are To Be Awarded: - Planning Services For Interior Spaces (Service Phases 1 - 9 In Accordance With Hoai § 34 In Conjunction With Appendix 10) Including Planning Services For The Exhibition Design | Scenography Including Exhibition Graphics And Media Design As Well As Media And Lighting Planning (Service Phases 1 - 9 According To Hoai § 55 In Conjunction With Appendix 15, System Group 4) The Required Services Are Based On The Service Profile Of The Hoai 2021 And Are For Design, Graphics, Media And Lighting Planning Clarified. (See Appendix To The Exposé Performance Profile). Service Phase 4 Will Only Be Awarded If It Is Necessary. Since Interventions In The Building Structure May Become Necessary In Some Areas (Requests For Changes), It Is Necessary That The Applicant | The Team Has An Architect Who Is Authorized To Submit Building Documents | Interior Designers Prove. This Person Must Be Named And The Corresponding Proof (Entry In A Chamber Of Architects) Must Be Submitted As Announced In The Official Journal Of The European Union. The Contract Includes The Sub-Projects For Modernizing The Permanent Exhibition, For Which Funds Will Be Made Available In The 2025 And 2026 Budget Years. Unless The Contract Is Terminated By One Contracting Party With 6 Months Notice On June 30, 2026, It Will Be Extended To Include The Sub-Projects For Modernizing The Permanent Exhibition, For Which Funds Will Be Made Available In The Financial Years 2027 And 2028. Unless The Extended Contract Is Terminated By One Contracting Party With 6 Months Notice On June 30, 2028, It Will Be Extended To Include The Sub-Projects For Modernizing The Permanent Exhibition, For Which Funds Will Be Available In The 2029 Financial Year. The Contract Ends On December 31, 2029 At The Latest. The Sub-Projects Commissioned Will Also Be Completed Beyond December 31, 2029.
