Construction-Site Supervision Services - Exercise Of Construction Supervision For The Construction And Repair Of Roads, Streets And Other Objects Of The Transport Infrastructure On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Burgas. The Scope Of The Public Procurement Includes The Following Activities: - Exercise Of Construction Supervision During Construction For Constructions From The Second To The Fourth Category, According To Art. 168 And Art. 169B Of The Zut; - Preparation Of Technical Passports For Constructions Under Art. 2, Para. 1, Items 1 And 3 In The Scope Specified In Art. 4 Of Regulation No. 5 Of 28.12.2006 On The Technical Passports Of Constructions, Issued By The Minister Of Regional Development And Public Works, Promulgated, Sg No. 7 Of 23.01.2007 - Preparation Of The Technical Passport For Existing Culverts, Part Of The Road And Street Infrastructure And All Related Costs (Incl. Geodetic Surveying). - Preparation Of The Technical Passport For Existing Bridges, Part Of The Road And Street Infrastructure And All Related Costs (Incl. Geodetic Surveying). The Order Covers All Projects And Constructions For New Construction, Reconstruction, Remodeling And Major Repairs, For Which The Contracting Authority Pursuant To Art. 161 Of The Zut Is The Municipality Of Burgas During The Term Of Validity Of The Contract Concluded On The Basis Of This Public Procurement, Including Until Their Completion. For Each Specific Construction, Construction Supervision Is Carried Out On All Parts (Specialties) Of The Project Documentation. The Contractor Will Perform The Service, Subject Of This Public Procurement, After Notification By The Contracting Authority Of The Necessity That Has Arisen. In Connection With The Possibility That Art. 114 Of The Zop Provides, The Contracting Authority Indicates That At The Date Of The Opening Of The Procedure, Full Funding Has Not Been Secured. Any Specific Award Will Take Place After Funding Is Secured For A Specific Site. When, After The Expiration Of A Three-Month Period From The Conclusion Of The Contract, Financing Is Not Provided, Either Party May Request Its Termination Without Notice. When, After A 10-Month Period From The Conclusion Of The Contract, Financing Is Not Provided, The Contract Is Considered Terminated. More Information Is Contained In The Draft Contract. The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Award The Entire Estimated Value And Quantity For The 4-Year Period. The Specific Assignments Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of The Real Need For The Exercise Of The Service, Based On The Approved Objects Under The Capital Program Of The Municipality Of Burgas For Each Specific Year And The Objects Approved For Financing Under European And International Programs.
