The Contract Works include the following elements: Demolition, removal and disposal of the existing alpine shelter buildings at Forest Burn Alpine Shelter and Hanging Valley Alpine Shelter on the Kepler Track. Supply and fabrication of replacement alpine shelter buildings at the same locations. Installation of foundations for the replacement shelter buildings. Installation of the replacement alpine shelter buildings at each location, and All helicopter operations required to complete the contract works Pre-tender meeting A mandatory (compulsory) pre-tender meeting will be held online at 10:30am using the Microsoft Teams application on the 16 July 2024. Tenderers shall be required to register their intention to join this meeting by emailing the contact email details for their representatives to [email protected] prior to 3pm, 15 July. To ensure that all attendees have the same opportunity to engage during the meeting, a maximum of 3 attendees will be allowed per organisation. As the meeting is mandatory, should a tenderer not attend the meeting then any subsequent tender it may submit will be deemed to be non-conforming, and would not be evaluated further. Site Visit There is no scheduled site visit for this Tender. Tenderers may visit the site at any time with no appointment being required. All persons undertaking site visits shall, as a minimum, at all times during visits comply with all Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 requirements and any other requirements, as specified in these Tender Documents.
