The Subject Of The Present Public Procurement Is Engineering / Design, Construction And Authors Supervision / Object Improving The Energy Efficiency Of The Cultural House, Town Of Chiprovtsi, Municipality Of Chiprovtsi. In Fulfillment Of The Engineering Contract, The Contractor Is Expected To Carry Out The Following Main Activities: Activity 1: Elaboration Of An Investment Project - In The Working Project Phase, According To Zut, Ordinance No. 4 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects, Accompanied By Detailed Quantity Accounts For The Applicable Parts And A Detailed Quantity-Value Account In Full Compliance With The Cs For The Engineering Site /Design, Construction And Authors Supervision/ Site Improving The Energy Efficiency Of The Cultural House, Town Of Chiprovtsi, Municipality Of Chiprovtsi; Activity 2: Implementation Of Smr On The Basis Of The Developed And Approved Work Project, In Compliance With The Requirements Of All Laws, Rules, Regulations Currently In Force In The Republic Of Bulgaria, Regarding The Implementation Of Objects And Works Of This Nature; Activity 3: The Exercise Of Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works On The Site In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 162 Of The Law On Territorial Planning.
