Tenders Are Invited For Dismantling, Delivery And Installation Of Skylights In The Building Of The Council Of Ministers, Located In The City Of Sofia, Knyaz Al Blvd. Dondukov No. 1

Dismantling Of 6 Existing Skylights, Replacing Them With New Skylights That Meet The Technical Characteristics Specified In Item 6 Of The Specification. The Dismantling/Installation Of The Skylights Is For The Following Offices And Rooms Located Under The Roof Floor Of The Building: No. 606, No. 608, No. 609, No. 619, No. 621 And No. 624. The Installation Of The New Skylights Is Carried Out In The Corresponding Room In Place Of The Dismantled Skylights. The Existing Waterproofing Of The Pitched Roof Is Made Of Steel Trapezoidal Sheet And The Planking On Which It Is Laid. Under It There Is A Thermal Insulation Layer Of Foam Concrete. The New Skylights Must Be Made Of Natural Wood, With A Minimum Of Double Glazing, With Upper Manual Control And With One Axis Of Opening. In The Price Of The Delivery And Installation, All The Accompanying Activities On The Sheathing And Insulation Of The Windows Should Be Calculated: Sheathing To Connect The Skylight To The Roofing Material, Imitation Foil To Protect Against External Wind And Moisture, Drainage Gutters To Divert Rainwater Away From The Window, Insulating Frame For Thermal Insulation, Other If Necessary. The Windows Should Be Able To Install An Internal Blind Or Shade. Also Be Resistant To All Weather Conditions. Before Disassembly/Assembly, A Part Of The Room Is Protected With Polyester Film, And After The Installation Is Completed, The Rooms Are Cleaned For Handover. The Maximum Term For The Execution Of The Order Is Up To 30 (Thirty) Calendar Days, Counted From The Date Of Providing Access To The Object.
