Tenders are invited for Digital Media Production & Marketing Services for U.S. Embassy Cairo Bidders Areas of Responsibility A competitive bid would provide U.S. Embassy Cairo with the below range of potential services, listed in order of priority. Potential vendors should be capable of several, but not necessarily all, of the below services. Please provide an itemized budget with associated costs for each individual service/capability: 1. Produce and edit digital and multimedia content, including photos, videos, original infographics, memes, and other audiovisual audience engagement assets for use in various social media channels. Create original content in addition to utilizing the Embassys own photo/video imagery. 2. Advise, develop, and produce ongoing content campaigns to drive online engagement on key U.S. priorities within Egypt, such as economic development, access to high-quality education, health and governance partnerships, visa and consular services, and womens empowerment. The exact campaign themes will be determined by and corresponding promotional content will be approved by the U.S. Embassys Press & Digital Media team. 3. Connect, develop, and collaborate with local Egyptian digital influencers on content. Collaborate with the U.S. Embassy Press & Digital Media team in creating online and offline initiatives and events to boost online community engagement, and embassy visibility in the public sphere. 4. Conduct a social media audit to benchmark the U.S. Embassys and USAID/Egypts existing status in social media with target Egyptian audiences and provide a clear breakdown and understanding of the different audience segments for developing successful social media engagement strategies. The demographics and specific contours of target audiences will be provided by the U.S. Embassy. 5. Assist in creating social media opportunities for user-generated content and interactive feedback (e.g., polls ideas, simple surveys, interactive Instagram stories, interactive social media posts). Identify public sentiment and ambience through social listening. Help the U.S. Embassy and USAID/Egypt be part of online trends and conversations by producing relevant, timely, and engaging content.
