Regular cleaning and sanitation of the community center premises, including offices, meeting rooms, and common areas. b. Inspection and maintenance of electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure their smooth operation. c. Repairs and maintenance of doors locks windows, fixtures, and fittings as needed. d. Periodic painting and touch-ups to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the community center. e. Routine inspection and maintenance of fire safety equipment, including fire extinguishers and smoke detectors. f. Any additional maintenance tasks required to maintain the centers infrastructure and functionality. Office Equipment Services: a. Inspection, servicing, and repair of computers, printers, scanners, and other office equipment. b. Maintenance and replacement of office furniture, including desks, chairs, cabinets, and storage units. c. Troubleshooting and support for network connectivity, internet access, and telecommunications systems. d. Assistance with software updates, installations, and troubleshooting for office applications and programs. e. Any other office equipment-related services required to ensure the smooth operation of the community center.
