The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Called Construction Of A New Complex Of Facilities For The Agricultural School Complex In Smolajny Submitted To The Government Fund Polish Order: Strategic Investment Program Entitled Change Of Location Of The Agricultural School In Smolajny As A Result Of Loss Of Real Estate As A Result Of State Ownership Transformations - Stage I - Construction Of A School Dormitory2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Execution Of Task 1, Consisting In: A) Development Of Multi-Discipline Design Documentation For The Construction Of A School Dormitory, Along With The Construction And/Or Reconstruction Of The Existing Technical Infrastructure, Adapting It To The Existing Road System, Obtaining A Set Of Arrangements, Opinions, And Derogations Within The Meaning Of The Law Construction And Legally Required Decisions Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment, Executive Design Documentation For All Industries, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Bills Of Quantities And Investor And Offer Cost Estimates, Performance Of Surveying Works And Preparation Of The Application, Submission And Obtaining, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, The Final Decision On The Permit For Building; B) Preparing, In Consultation With The Ordering Party, A Development Project For The Construction Site Aimed At Minimizing The Degradation Of Agricultural Land, With Particular Emphasis On Class Iii B Agricultural Land And Protection Of The Landscape And Cultural Heritage (There Are Archaeological Sites On Plot 162),2) Execution Of Task 2 Consisting In: A) Carrying Out Construction Works Related To The Construction Of The First Stage Of The School Dormitory To A Turnkey Finish, B) Exercising Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Investment, I.E. In The Period From The Date Of Handing Over The Construction Site By The Ordering Party To The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol By The Investor Supervision And The Ordering Party.
