The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Complete Design Documentation, Obtaining All Necessary Decisions, And Then Performing Works As Part Of The Design-Build Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled Reconstruction Of The Water Treatment Plant In Wyśmierzyce - Stage Ii - Task 02 And 03. 2. The Order Is Co-Financed By The Government Fund Polish Order - Strategic Investment Program.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Functional And Utility Program, Which Constitutes Annex No. 8 To The Specification Of The Procurement Terms, Hereinafter Referred To As Ffu.4. The Order Concerns Only The Task Named In The Fup As Tasks 02 And 03. Task 01 Is The Subject Of A Separate Procedure. 5. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: Reconstruction Of The Water Treatment Plant In Wyśmierzyce - Task 02: - Preparation Of Technical Documentation Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit, - Obtaining A Building Permit, - Replacement Of Submersible Pumps In Existing Wells No. 1 And 2, - Installation Well Casings For Existing Wells No. 1 And 2, - Connecting Control And Power Cables From Wells 1 And 2 To The Suw Building, Point Of Contact - Switchboard In The Suw Building (Method Of Introducing Cables Into The Building - Arot Type Casing Pipe, Located Under The Floor And Foundation, Made In Task 01),  Construction Of External Pipelines Within The Plot In The Following Sections: Deep Wells - Suw Building, Suw Building - Retention Tanks, Retention Tanks - Suw Building, Suw Building - Backwash Tank, Backwash Tank - Sanitary Sewage System. In The Case Of Pipelines Connected To The Suw Building, The Point Of Contact For Tasks 01 And 02 Is The First Flange Or Connection Sleeve Located At Least 2 M From The Suw Building; Construction Of A New Treated Water Retention Tank, Construction Of A New Rinsing Tank, Delivery And Installation Of A Water Disinfection Installation , Hardening And Development Of The Area,  Commissioning Of Equipment,  Conducting Training,  Cooperation And Coordination Of Work With The Contractor Of Tasks 01 And 03. In Order To Thoroughly Familiarize Yourself With The Subject Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Requires A Site Visit Before Submitting Offers. Each Bidder Is Required To Make A Site Visit In Order To Assess, On Its Own Responsibility, Costs And Risks, All Factors Necessary To Prepare A Reliable Offer, Including All Necessary Preparatory, Basic And Ancillary Works Both For The Preparation Of The Design And For Carrying Out Construction Works, Checking Conditions Related To The Performance Of The Works, As Well As To Obtain Additional Information Necessary And Useful For The Assessment Of The Works, As The Possibility Of Claims By The Contractor Due To Incorrect Price Calculation Or Omission Of Elements Necessary To Perform The Contract Is Excluded.
