The Subject Of The Order Includes Construction Works On The Task Titled: Partial Renovation Of Bituminous And Improved Soil Surfaces On Municipal And Internal Roads In The City Of Świdnica 1.1 The Subject Of The Order Is Partial Renovation Of The Surface Of Municipal And Internal Roads (Roads, Squares, Parking Lots, Sidewalks, Bicycle Paths) Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Świdnica Commune. 1.1.1 Renovation Of The Existing Bituminous Surface Of A Selected Element Of The Road In Order To Eliminate Defects Or Deformations And Restore The Surface To Its Original Condition And Remove The Surface In Selected Areas And Create A New Layer Of Mineral-Asphalt Masses, 1.1.2 Partial Renovation Of Improved Ground Surfaces And Surface Consolidation Using Asphalt Emulsion And Grit, 1.1.3 Execution Time Of Pavement Renovation Ordered In An Emergency Mode, Reported By Phone Or E-Mail Within A Period Not Longer Than That Indicated By The Contractor In The Tender Offer. The Ordering Party Expects The Renovation To Be Completed Within 3 Hours From The Time Of Notification Or In A Shorter Time Offered By The Contractor In The Offer. When Ordering, It Also Provides For Marking And Securing These Places In The Event Of: A) Unfavorable Weather Conditions (Rainfall, Snow, Temperature Below -5 °C) Making It Impossible To Carry Out The Works, B) Indicated In The Work Selection Protocol/Work Schedule As Dangerous Places Or Their Technical Condition Constitutes A Threat/, C) Where The Damage Occurred Suddenly, As A Result Of A Random Event, E.G. Road Accident, Construction Disaster, Etc. D) Indicated By The Ordering Party, Whose Technical Condition Constitutes A Threat And Is At The Same Time The Subject Of The Typing Report , 1.2. The Contractor Of The Works Is Obliged, By The Time The Contract Is Signed, To Submit A Traffic Organization Design Approved By The Competent Authority For Road Works, Partial Renovations Of The Street Surface Or Sidewalk For Typical Traffic Patterns.1.3. The Scope Of Work Specified In Point 1.1.3 Includes: 1.3.1 Marking Of Places Specified In Item 1.1.3 Points A-D In Accordance With The Temporary Traffic Organization Design Specified In Item 1.2, 1.3.2 Checking And Maintaining In Proper Technical Condition The Markings Of Places Referred To In Point 1.1.3 Points A-D Until The Completion Of These Works, 1.3.3 Carrying Out Appropriate Repairs Of The Road Infrastructure Elements Referred To In Point 1.1.3 Point A Within 2 Days From The Date Of Cessation Of Unfavorable Weather Conditions. 1.3.4 Basis For The Implementation Of The Tasks Referred To In Point 1.1.3, Point C Is Information Obtained By The Contractor From The Ordering Party Or Provided By The Municipal Guard Or Police By Fax, Telephone Notification Or E-Mail. 1.4 Preparation Of Photographic Documentation Of The Place Before And After The Repair, Allowing To Locate A Place In The Field.1.5 Ongoing Partial Renovations Of The Road Surface, Sidewalks, Parking Bays With A St
