1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Premises Of Wnr, Building No. 40/K.2629, Skwierzyna 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: Partial Replacement Of Window Frames, Partial Replacement Of Internal Doors In The Building, Demolition Of The Partition Wall, Laying Plasters On The Walls In Social Part, - Construction Of Suspended Ceilings In The Social Part, - Painting The Steel Structure Of The Built-In Shelter With Paints, - Painting All Rooms Covered By The Renovation Of The Walls And Ceilings Of The Built-In Shelter With Emulsion Paints.3. The Detailed Scope And Description Of The Subject Of The Order Include: 1) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz; 2) Bill Of Quantities, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz; 3) Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz .4. Equivalent Solutions. 1) If The Ordering Party Has Indicated In The Procurement Documents Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Equivalent Solutions, Provided That They Maintain The Same Minimum Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters Etc. In Such A Case, The Parameters Given In The Order Documents Should Be Treated As Minimum. 2) A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards. 3) If The Procurement Documents Contain References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions.4) Any Proper Names, Trademarks, Patents And Place Of Origin Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Swz Are Justified By The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Order And Are Intended To Indicate Only The Quality And Parameters Of The Subject Of The Order Due To The Lack Of Other Sufficiently Precise Terms That Would Allow The Subject Of The Contract To Be Described In This Part In An Unambiguous And Comprehensive Manner.5. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Act, A Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract In Terms Of Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems..6 . All Quality Standards Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Have Been Specified In The Documentation Indicated In Section 3 Of This Chapter Of The Swz.
