The Subject Of The Order Is The Task Titled: Reconstruction And Change Of Use Of Part Of The Existing Building And Renovation Of The Premises Intended For The Senior Home Osiedle Budowo Consisting In The Comprehensive Implementation Of The Investment Together With The Change Of Use Of The Premises Into The Senior Home In An Existing Residential And Commercial Building. The Task Is Financed From Funds Constituting Co-Financing From The State Budget As Part Of The Senior+ Multiannual Program For The Years 2021-2025, 2024 Edition, For A Public Task Called: Establishment Or Equipment Of The Senior+ Day Home, Module I And The Złocieniec Communes Own Funds. The Building In Which The Senior Home Is To Be Built Is Located In Złocieniec (Budowo Housing Estate), At Ul. Kosynierów 3, Plot No. 1/60, Precinct 0003 Złocieniec. It Is A Residential And Service Building. The Senior Home Will Be Located On The Ground Floor Of A Building That Formerly Served As A Service Facility. Solutions Are Assumed To Guarantee That The Facility Will Be Maintained In Appropriate Technical Condition For A Period Of At Least 10 Years From Obtaining The Occupancy Permit. The Required Minimum Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Contract In The Field Of Construction Works Is Min. 36 Months, Max. 60 Months. The Ordering Party Requires That During The Warranty And Guarantee Period, The Contractor Must Ensure The Removal Of Defects, Defects And Failures Within 14 Days From The Moment They Are Reported By The Ordering Party.
