The Subject Of The Order Concerns The Land Consolidation Operation Under The Sub-Measure Support For Investments Related To The Development, Modernization And Adaptation Of Agriculture And Forestry Under The Rural Development Program For 2014-2020. Obligations Of The Contractor. The Basic Obligations And Rights Of The Contractor As Well As The Formal And Legal Basis For The Activities Of The Investor Supervision Inspector Are Specified In Art. 25 And 26 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law. For A Period Of 84 Months Of Warranty And Guarantee Of Supervised Construction Works, The Inspector Undertakes, At The Request Of The Ordering Party And Within The Deadlines Set By The Ordering Party, To Undertake And Fulfill Minimum Obligations.
